Decreasing the boot up time
by Lazeez SMS CollectionTo decrease the time you press the power button on your computer and the time you reach Desktop we have to do the following things:
First of all we have to set "Quick Boot" in CMOS to "Enabled".
Then we need to edit grub.conf in /boot/grub/ directory.
In the grub.conf file we can change the entry "timeout=10" to "timeout=0".
