Decreasing the boot up time


To decrease the time you press the power button on your computer and the time you reach Desktop we have to do the following things:
First of all we have to set "Quick Boot" in CMOS to "Enabled".
Then we need to edit grub.conf in /boot/grub/ directory.
In the grub.conf file we can change the entry "timeout=10" to "timeout=0".
