ਸਚੇ ਵਾਰਿਸ ਤਾਂ ਭੋਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਨੇ ।।
ਜੋ ਨੇ ਬੱਸ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਕਿ ਦੇਗਾਂ ਵਰਤਾਉਣਗੇ
ਦੋ-ਚਾਰ ਆਗੂ ਲਈ ਸੱਬੇ ਡੁਬਾੳਣਗੇ
ਸਮਾਂ ਆਉਣ ਤੇ ਕਾਰਾਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਬੂਹੇ
ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਖੁਲ਼ ਜਾਣਗੇ ।।

दरवाज़े की दस्तक को पहचान काफ़िर
ख़ुदा यूँ चलके हर दर पे नहीं आता ..
